You may buy goods offered online by us by submitting online on our website http://little-tiny-shiny.pswebstore.com/, or, you can submit Order via email to [email protected].
All orders submitted to us via online submission on our website are considered as FINAL order once you receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us. It is advisable that you should not cancel your order once it is submitted to us as our online system will reserve the stocks automatically for you once we send you an "Order Confirmation" email.
Special offers
We may provide special offers in relation to our goods from time to time. At any time, we may terminate any special offer without advance notice.
Prices
All prices are in Australia Dollars. Prices exclude delivery charges and customs duty and other taxes, if applicable. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment
All international buyers will pay your order via PAYPAL. You do not need to have a PAYPAL account, we will send the payment request to your email address, you proceed to make payment.

Delivery will commence once payment has been processed/validated.
Damage
We will not be held responsible for any damage, loss or deterioration to goods during delivery process. All goods which are offered in our online store are checked to ensure all are in good condition when we receive from suppliers, and packed in good condition before delivery to all customers.
International Courier Fee
Usually, for one Name Jewelry included the Gift Box will not be more than 500grams. Hence, the following courier fee is for parcel less than 500grams charges.
US$5.50 = Brunei, Singapore, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Laos, Myammar, Philipphines, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam
US$8.50 = Countries other than the above.
Shipping
Packages are generally dispatched the next day after receipt of full payment and are shipped via POS Malaysia with tracking number.
Shipping fees includes postage cost only. We do not charge handling fees or other charges. We advise you to group your items in one order. However, you can contact us should you require us to group two distinct orders placed separately, hence, we will charge only one shipping fees.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, we will not be held responsible for any damage during delivery process and lost in delivery.
Free Shipping Promotion
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or similar. During the stated period of the promotion, the express terms of any specific promotion override the above "International Courier Fee" Term only. Other Terms and Conditions are still applicable to your online shopping with us.
Tracking Number
You will be notified by email once we deliver you Order and followed by another "Package In Transit" email to you with the Tracking Number and the URL link to track your parcel.
You can also log in your Account anytime, click on your Order History, and look for the correct Order number for the related Tracking Number.

1. Loyalty Point
You will be rewarded 1 point for each AUD1 you spend. Points can be accumulated for *** maximum 183 days only from date of issue ***(date of your order shipped out) before it expires.
Each Point can be converted to a Loyalty Point Voucher worth AUD0.05. You can convert these points into Voucher anytime before it expires. Each Loyalty Point Voucher is valid for *** 1 year from date of conversion ***
One Loyalty Point Voucher can be utilised against One Order only above $80. Two or more of the same Vouchers cannot be combined or with other Discount Vouchers for one single Order, i.e. You cannot combine 2 or more Vouchers converted from Loyalty Points or combine Loyalty Point Voucher with Referral Reward 5% discount Voucher in 1 single Order.
Loyalty Point Voucher can be claimed and redeemed by you only but it cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged, sold, or transferred to any other person.
The voucher validity will lapse upon failure to redeem the same on or before the above specified date and shall stand forfeited. There will be no reimbursement, replacement, encashment or extension in lieu of this.
For Discount Item, Loyalty Points will be rewarded for each amount you spend after discount price. Eg. Original Price is $40, Discount Price is $35, Loyalty Points to be rewarded to you is 35 Points only.

To become a Sponsor to enjoy the Referral Reward, you need to be a Member of our online store and have 1 Complete Order. Once your Order has been delivered to you, you will be able to view the Invitation Form under "Referral Program" in your Account and start inviting your friends to our online store.
5% Discount Voucher
When one of your friends makes 1 Complete Order, your friend can utilise this 5% Discount Voucher for his/her first purchase and become a Sponsor too.
You will be notified by emails from us that your referred friend has submitted the first Order. A Discount Voucher worth 5% will be rewarded to you immediately. You can make any purchase in our online store with the 5% Discount Voucher, NO MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT.
Voucher Redemption
Each Voucher must be redeemed *** within 1 Year from date of issued *** .

If anytime, our store system picks up 2 or more vouchers, we reserve the right to remove all Vouchers with higher value and remain the Voucher with the lowest value to be utilised against your Order.
